I run Agency God. I sell a high ticket programme to agency owners in India, I already have two closers, and I need a third. My setters book and confirm every call. You take them, you close, and you keep 10 percent of every deal on top of your salary.
If it looks like a fit we will message you on WhatsApp to set up a call. Before you speak to me, go and look at smmaonsteroids.com as if you were a buyer, and find our ads in the Meta Ad Library under Agency God. Turn up having seen what you would be selling.
Everything below is what the role actually is. Read it before you apply — it will save us both a fortnight.
I am Pranav Sethi. I run Agency God, registered as InsaneX. We sell a high ticket coaching programme to agency owners in India, meaning people who run, or are trying to run, a social media marketing agency. What they buy from us is client acquisition. The system, the scripts, the funnel, the software and the mentoring that puts qualified sales calls onto their own calendars predictably instead of by luck.
Here is the machine you would be standing at the end of. We run Meta ads in India every single day and have done for more than thirteen months without a break. The ad sends people to a video at smmaonsteroids.com. They watch it, they opt in, they fill out a qualification form, they choose a slot on a calendar. One of our in house setters then rings them and confirms that slot. Only then does the call land on a closer's calendar. That closer would be you.
So before you say hello to anybody, they have given us their time twice, their details once, and a spoken confirmation to a real person. They are not a cold lead with a pulse.
They are also not a pushover. They run an agency. They have been sold to by everybody in this industry. Plenty of them will tell you, out loud, that they have heard all of this before. That is the conversation you are being hired to win.
You can check every word above before you apply, and I would prefer that you did. Go to smmaonsteroids.com and opt in as if you were a buyer. The Instagram is @theagencygod. The Facebook page is Agency God, and our ads are public in the Meta Ad Library. The other roles we are hiring for sit at hiring.agencygod.in. Do not take my word for any of it.
Base: Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 a month. Commission: 10 percent of every deal you close, on top, with no ceiling.
Taking the base first, because that is what decides whether you can accept the job at all. It is a real salary. It does not vanish after a training period, it is not a loan against future commission that gets clawed back, and it does not shrink if you have a bad month. It is there so that you can learn a high ticket offer properly instead of panicking in week three.
Where you land inside that band is decided at offer stage, by what you have actually closed before and what you can evidence, not by how long you have been in sales. If you have carried a real closing target on the phone and you know your own numbers cold, you are at the top of it. If you are strong but lighter on high ticket specifically, you start lower and we revisit it.
The commission is the part that matters. Ten percent of every deal you close, from your first one, at the same rate as your hundredth. There are no tiers, no ramp, no rate that only unlocks after some target I set, and no discretionary pool that moves because of my mood. There is nothing in the formula except the deals you closed.
I am not going to print a monthly earnings figure on this page. Any employer who leads with what you could earn is showing you a ceiling they picked and hiding the floor. What I will do instead: before you sign anything you get a call with one of the two closers already sitting in this seat, with me not on the line. I do not brief him beforehand and I do not ask him afterwards what the two of you discussed. Ask him whatever you want.
The mechanics get the same treatment. What counts as a closed deal, how the commission is calculated, and when it is paid are agreed with you and written into your offer before you accept anything. Nobody should accept a commission on a verbal promise. Including from me.
Your day is built around call blocks and the shape of it does not change much.
Before your first call you open the calendar and you read. Every person you are about to speak to has a record attached: what they wrote on the qualification form, what their agency does, what they told the setter who confirmed them, what they said they are stuck on. You read all of that before the call, not during it. You also look at your own numbers from the previous day, because you are expected to know them without being asked.
Then you take calls. Back to back inside a block, with gaps between blocks. Every call runs the same arc. You find out what is actually happening in that person's business, you diagnose it out loud, you make the offer, and you ask for the decision on that call. We do not send proposals into the dark and then chase them for weeks hoping. You get a yes, or a real no, or a specific reason with a specific next step and a time attached to it.
Before your next call starts, the outcome and the reason go into the CRM. Not at the end of the day. Not from memory.
Between blocks you work your own pipeline. The person who asked for time to speak to a partner. The one waiting on a payment link. The one who needs handing back to the setters for a re book. At the end of the day your numbers go on the team sheet: calls held, offers made, closes, and one line on why each loss was lost.
What is not in your day at all: prospecting, list building, cold calls, DMs, content, lead generation, chasing delivery problems. You do not touch the top of the funnel.
Your working hours and days are agreed with you when we make the offer and written into it. I am not going to type a schedule on a public page and then quietly change it on you later.
You own the call. From hello to the decision. Nobody is going to rescue you halfway and nobody is going to take it off you. You own the diagnosis, the offer, the ask, and the silence after the ask.
You own your pipeline. If somebody asked for time to speak to their partner, that is yours to run down, not the setters' and not mine.
You own the record. Every call outcome, every reason, in the CRM, the same day. If it is not written down it did not happen, and your month gets judged on what is written down.
You own the number. Not the effort, not the activity, not how hard the week felt. The number.
You do not own the price. It is set. You do not discount, you do not add extras, and you do not invent a payment structure live on a call to save a deal. If you genuinely think the price is wrong, bring it to me and we will talk about it properly. Do not solve it on the call.
You do not own the offer itself, what is inside the programme, or what we promise. If a prospect asks for something we do not do, the answer is that we do not do it.
You do not own lead flow. If the calendar is thin, that is my problem and the setters' problem, not something you fix by going and finding your own leads.
I would rather you knew exactly what I am watching than find out in a review.
First 30 days. You learn the offer, the market and the objections properly. You will listen to recorded calls from the two closers already here. You will sit in on live calls before you run them alone. What I am watching in this window is not your close rate, it is whether you can explain our buyer's actual problem back to me without reaching for a script. If you cannot do that, nothing after it works.
Days 30 to 60. You are running your own calls and I am watching two things. First, whether the CRM matches reality, because a closer whose notes cannot be trusted cannot be managed and cannot be helped. Second, your ratio of calls held to offers actually made. Some people arrive and quietly avoid asking for money. That shows up here before it shows up in closes.
Days 60 to 90. Now we talk about closes, measured against the two closers already doing this job on the same offer and the same kind of calls, not against a target I invented. If you are behind them, the interesting question is where in the call it is going wrong, and that is answerable because we have the recordings.
At 90 days we sit down properly and go through all of it, including your base, with your actual numbers on the table.
The calls. This is the real answer. Most closing jobs are secretly lead generation jobs. This one is not. The setters book and confirm, and your calendar is filled before you open it.
The recordings. You get access to real calls from this offer, including the ones that were lost. Losses teach more than wins and we do not hide them.
The tooling. CRM, calendar and the systems you need to run the role are on company accounts. You are not asked to fund the tools you work with.
Direct access to me. There is no sales manager layer between us. You bring me a deal you are stuck on, we look at it together. That is a real advantage and I will not pretend it means I am available at every hour, because I run the ads and the numbers as well.
A straight answer on your own performance. You will know where you stand, with the numbers in front of you, rather than guessing until a review.
Every hiring page lists the good parts. Here are the parts that make people quit, so you can decide now rather than in month two.
It is the same conversation, all day. One offer, one buyer, one problem. If variety is what keeps you interested, this will wear on you. If getting one specific conversation sharper every single week is satisfying, it will not.
You are measured constantly, and it is visible. Calls held, offers made, closes, on a sheet the team can see. Some people find that motivating and some find it exposing. You should know which one you are before you apply.
The buyers push back hard. They run agencies. They have been pitched by everyone in this industry and several of them have already been burned. You will hear scepticism on most calls and you cannot take it personally.
My feedback is direct and it is fast. I will tell you exactly what went wrong on a call, with the timestamp. I am not unkind about it, but I am not gentle either, and not everyone wants to work that way.
Remote means remote. No office energy, no floor to feed off. You supply your own discipline from a room by yourself.
Step one. You fill in the form on this page. No CV needed. It is five real questions plus your contact details, and the answers are the whole application. Vague answers get filtered out fast, so be specific.
Step two. If it looks right, we talk. On that call I will answer any number you ask me about this business. Bring the hard questions.
Step three. A call with one of the two closers already in this seat, with me not on the line. Ask him what the calls are actually like and whether the money turns up when I said it would.
Step four. A role play. You close me. It will not be comfortable.
Step five. Offer in writing, with the base, the commission rate, when it is paid and what counts as a closed deal all stated before you accept anything.
On checking that we are real, because you should. Our ads are public in the Meta Ad Library, search Agency God. The Instagram is @theagencygod. Go to smmaonsteroids.com and opt in as a buyer to see the exact funnel you would be closing at the end of. And there is never a fee at any stage of this process, in either direction.
Fair question and you should ask it. Check us before you apply: our ads are public in the Meta Ad Library under Agency God, the Instagram is @theagencygod, and you can go to smmaonsteroids.com and opt in as a buyer to see the whole funnel. There is never a fee at any stage, in either direction. You will also speak to an existing closer before you sign anything.
It is a salary. It is not a loan, it is not recovered from your commission later, and it does not disappear after a probation period. Your commission is paid on top of it.
What you have actually closed and can evidence, not years in sales. Carried a real closing target on the phone in a comparable price band and know your numbers cold, you are at the top. Strong but lighter on high ticket specifically, you start lower and we revisit it at 90 days.
This is the right question and I will not dodge it. You should ask me directly on our call how call volume is split, and ask the existing closer the same question separately when I am not on the line. Compare the two answers. If they do not match, do not take the job.
The payment schedule, what counts as a closed deal, how it is calculated, and the only circumstance in which it reverses are all written into your offer before you accept. Ask me to walk through all of it on the call. Do not accept a commission arrangement from anybody on a verbal promise.
No, and I do not want you to. Setters book and confirm every call. If the calendar is thin that is my problem to solve, not yours.
No. The form asks what you have sold, to whom, at roughly what price, and how you handle a specific objection. Those answers tell me more than any CV would.
If it looks like a fit we will message you on WhatsApp to arrange a call. We are hiring one person for this seat, so this is not a pipeline we are collecting names into.
One seat. A real salary underneath you and 10 percent of everything you close on top of it. If you have closed on the phone before and you know your own numbers, the form takes five real answers and no CV.
